I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more connected - to themselves, to their partners, and to the lives they’re creating. Many of the people who come to me are navigating relationship difficulties, trauma, neurodiversity, sexuality, identity, financial stress, or a major life transition that has left them wondering, Where do I go from here?

Maybe your relationship still matters deeply to you, but lately it feels harder to find each other.

  • Has sex or physical intimacy become a source of tension, avoidance, pressure, or confusion?
  • Are differences around money, responsibilities, communication, or expectations creating stress between you and your partner?
  • Are you trying to figure out whether your relationship can change – or what you need to do if it doesn’t?

Couples therapy can give you a place to slow down the patterns that have taken over and understand what each of you is experiencing underneath them. Together, we can work toward clearer communication, greater emotional safety, and a relationship where there’s more room for honesty, connection, and the needs of both people.

I also love working with individuals navigating seasons of change. Perhaps you’re grieving someone you love, moving through the end of a relationship, entering perimenopause, questioning parts of your identity, or realizing that the life that once fit you doesn’t feel quite right anymore.

You may be wondering:

  • Who am I now that this relationship, role, or stage of my life has changed?
  • My ADHD makes life so much harder for me – what can I do to work with it?
  • Why does money bring up so much fear, shame, avoidance, or anxiety for me?

Therapy gives us room to explore those questions without expecting you to already know the answers. We can pay attention to the experiences that have shaped you, the patterns you’ve developed along the way, and what you want to carry forward into the next part of your life.

I’m passionate about providing sex-positive and affirming therapy. Sexuality is an important part of being human, yet many people have rarely had a space where they can talk openly about desire, sexual health, intimacy, gender, relationship structures, or concerns about sex without embarrassment or judgment. These conversations are welcome in my office.

I also have a particular interest in the emotional and relational side of money. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a financial counselor, and that experience taught me how rarely our struggles with money are simply about numbers. Money can be deeply connected to safety, independence, self-worth, family history, culture, experiences of scarcity, and what we learned growing up about what it means to be successful or secure.

I welcome LGBTQIA+, genderqueer, transgender, and gender-nonconforming clients and couples. I value working with people whose relationships, identities, cultures, or lived experiences may not fit neatly into traditional expectations. You shouldn’t have to spend therapy wondering whether your therapist will respect or understand important parts of who you are.

When you work with me, you can be honest about the complicated parts of your life – the relationship you’re unsure about, the sex you’re not having or aren’t enjoying, the identity you’re exploring, the grief you’re carrying, the money keeping you awake at night, or the version of yourself you’re still getting to know.
