I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, emotional disconnection, and a longing for deeper meaning. I especially enjoy supporting couples looking to repair, grow, or reconnect in their relationship, men seeking emotional connection, and those grappling with climate-related anxiety.
Feeling stuck at a crossroads?
Maybe something in your life just ended – or is about to. A relationship, a career, a belief system, or simply a way of being that no longer fits. You might feel lost, unsure how to take the next step, or even how to begin imagining what’s next. These threshold moments can feel disorienting, painful, and lonely. But they’re also powerful invitations – to grow, to heal, and to reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself.
I specialize in supporting people who are navigating transition and longing for a more meaningful, connected life.
Whether you’re:
- a couple trying to repair or rediscover your relationship,
- a man yearning for deeper emotional connection,
- someone overwhelmed by the state of the world and unsure how to move forward,
- or simply feeling a quiet ache for more joy, more truth, more you –
I help people like you slow down, tune in, and remember who they are at the core. Together, we’ll explore what’s ending, what wants to begin, and how to walk through that doorway with courage and clarity.
A different kind of therapy, rooted in nature, presence, and purpose.
In addition to being a counselor, I’m also a wilderness guide and rites-of-passage facilitator. My work is deeply influenced by the natural world, Buddhist psychology, and the belief that every part of your life, even the painful or confusing ones, deserves to be welcomed with compassion and curiosity.
Just as nature meets us exactly where we are, I aim to offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are invited to come forward. That’s where transformation begins – not by trying to fix or force change, but by creating the right conditions for the truth inside you to emerge.
In our work together, I draw from somatic, Gestalt, Existential, Jungian, Narrative, and Feminist therapies, as well as dreamwork and mindfulness-based approaches. I’m a proud member of the Climate Psychology Alliance and the International Association for the Study of Dreams and a committed ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
If you’re ready to cross the threshold into the next chapter of your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
