Finding Strength Together: A Message for Our Community Post-Hurricane Helene

In partnership with Edible Asheville, I recorded a short video offering support for anyone navigating the challenges our community has faced in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene.

Their editor asked me to address what I’ve been hearing from folks—the need to process grief and find inner calm during difficult times.

While it’s not perfect (the video’s low-res, but the sound is clear!), I hope it brings a bit of comfort and connection.

Thank you for being part of this community, and please take care of yourselves and each other.
